Key Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and lead team in Manager’s absence
- Train and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences
- Collaborate with Store Manager on inventory and sales reporting

- Proven customer service experience in retail
