Key Responsibilities
Store Operations Management:
– Oversee daily store operations and staff performance
– Maintain optimal stock levels and inventory control
– Ensure excellent customer service standards
Sales & Profit Optimization:
– Analyze sales data to improve performance
– Implement strategies to increase profitability
– Manage store budget and expenses
Team Leadership:
– Conduct staff training and development
– Handle recruitment and performance management
– Drive team to achieve sales targets
Candidate Requirements
– Matric/Grade 12 certification
– 2-3 years retail supervisory experience
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Strong communication skills
– Comprehensive understanding of retail operations
– Problem-solving and analytical abilities
