Position Summary

Lead daily operations at our Birkenstock store while driving sales, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires retail leadership experience with premium footwear/products.

• Experience: 3-4 years retail (1-2 years management)
• Education: Matric certificate required

Core Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

• Set/store daily sales targets
• Develop partnerships with healthcare providers/schools
• Expand customer database

Team Management

• Oversee 5+ team members
• Conduct training & performance reviews
• Manage schedules & payroll

Operations

• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Process shipments & merchandise displays
• Handle daily cash management

Candidate Profile

• Proven retail leader with budget achievement record
• Strong merchandising & stock control skills
• Detail-oriented problem solver
• Passion for footwear/fashion retail
