Position Overview
We seek an experienced retail professional to support store operations, drive sales performance, and maintain operational excellence in our fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and team management
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy and product presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations
- Handle cash management procedures
- Analyze sales data for performance improvement
- Conduct staff training and development
Requirements
- Matric certificate with retail management experience
- Proven track record in FMCG retail operations
- Valid driver’s license (vehicle ownership preferred)
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
