Assistant Store Manager – Clicks Montclare Place

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Education: Matric (Maths & English 50%) + Retail/Business Management qualification
  • Experience: 2+ years retail management experience
  • Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
  • Department: Retail Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through promotions and customer engagement
  • Manage daily store operations including stock control and expenses
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Support staff management and performance monitoring
  • Ensure excellent customer service experiences
  • Handle administrative tasks including staff scheduling

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate with strong math/English results
  • Relevant business qualification (degree preferred)
  • Proven track record in retail management
  • Financial management skills
  • Leadership and team motivation abilities
