Position Details
Employment Type: Full Time
Education Requirements: Matric (Maths & English 50%) + Retail/Business Management qualification
Experience Needed: 2+ years retail management experience
Location: Mega City Mall, Mahikeng, North West
Core Purpose
Support Store Manager in driving operational excellence, sales performance, and customer loyalty while maintaining compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth through promotions and customer engagement strategies
• Manage daily store operations including stock control and expense management
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Support staff supervision and performance management
• Implement customer service initiatives to enhance shopping experience
• Handle administrative tasks including attendance records
