Position Details

Employment Type: Full Time
Education Requirements: Matric (Maths 50%, English 50%) + Retail/Business Management qualification
Preferred Education: Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2+ years in retail management or successful completion of Clicks Trainee Program
Location: Mpumalanga
Department: Retail Operations & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through promotional activities and upselling strategies
• Manage daily store operations including stock control and expense management
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
• Lead staff scheduling and team performance management
• Implement customer service initiatives to enhance shopping experience
• Handle administrative tasks including staff records and reporting
• Support company values and health/beauty retail vision

Essential Requirements

• Proven financial management skills (budgets, P&L analysis)
• Retail/FMCG operations experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent customer service orientation
