Position Summary:

Support store leadership in driving operational excellence, sales growth, and customer satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance at our Harvest Place location.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Operations:

• Drive sales through promotions and cross-selling strategies
• Manage stock control, shrinkage, and store expenses
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation

Team Leadership:

• Support staff management and motivation initiatives
• Assist with shift scheduling and labor model compliance
• Manage weekly timekeeping records and HR administration

Customer Experience:

• Implement service excellence programs
• Drive customer loyalty program participation
• Resolve customer concerns promptly

Requirements:

Education:

• Matric certificate with 50% in Maths and English
• Diploma/Degree in Retail/Business Management (preferred)

Experience:

• 1+ years retail supervisory experience
• Financial management exposure (budgets, P&L statements)
