Position Details

Employment Type: Full Time

Qualifications: Matric Certificate (Maths & English 50%) + Relevant Retail/Business Management Diploma/Degree

Experience: 2+ years retail management experience (or completion of Clicks Trainee Program)

Location: Delft, Western Cape

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through promotions and customer engagement
  • Manage daily store operations including stock control and expense management
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards
  • Support staff management and shift scheduling
  • Deliver excellent customer service experiences
  • Handle store administration and reporting

Requirements

  • Proven retail/FMCG management experience
  • Financial management skills (budgets, P&L statements)
  • Strong leadership and team motivation abilities
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
