Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: George, Western Cape
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store profitability and manage inventory
- Maintain pricing accuracy and oversee daily cash management
- Lead team performance and staff development
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Maintain store presentation and safety standards
- Support Store Manager in operational tasks
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Higher Certificate/Diploma (advantageous)
- 4 years retail experience including 2 years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in basic computer systems
- Leadership skills with retail operations knowledge
