Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, optimize operations, and lead teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of FMCG retail management experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through exceptional customer service and effective merchandising
• Manage daily store operations including stock control and cash management
• Lead training programs and performance management for staff (10-15 team members)
• Maintain health/safety standards and food safety protocols
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure proper store opening/closing procedures and security measures

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven track record in achieving retail sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with team management experience
• Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license (own vehicle preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal/written)
