Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drive turnover to meet targets.
• Control expenses.
• Manage stock losses to keep shrinkage at company standards.
• Handle people management, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and performance reviews.
• Execute in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following our customer service strategy and meeting customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Grade 12 qualification.
• At least 3 years of retail or admin experience.
• Previous retail management experience.
