Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage local and international paper orders from procurement to delivery
- Handle customs clearance for imports
- Process inventory transactions in financial systems daily
- Manage inter-company transfers and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain accurate electronic records for auditing
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports
Essential Qualifications:
- Matric certificate with mathematics and accounting
- Financial qualification (certificate/diploma preferred)
- 2-3 years inventory control experience in manufacturing
- Working knowledge of international shipments and forex
Key Competencies:
- Advanced Excel skills and financial software proficiency
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
- Understanding of shipping documentation requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication abilities
