Role Requirements
- LLB or 4-year recognized legal qualification.
- Admission as an Attorney.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification litigation/legal experience.
- Proficiency in legal proceedings, contract drafting, and government policies.
- Valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation in High Courts, Magistrate’s Courts, Labour Courts, and CCMA.
- Draft legal agreements and provide advisory opinions.
- Handle arbitration, debt collection, and inter-departmental disputes.
