Requirements:
- LLB degree or equivalent 4-year legal qualification
- Admitted Attorney status
- Minimum 2 years litigation experience
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation cases in High Courts, Magistrate Courts, Labour Courts, and CCMA
- Draft and finalize legal agreements
- Provide authoritative legal opinions and advisory services
- Handle arbitration proceedings and debt collection matters
