Minimum Requirements
- LLB degree or equivalent 4-year legal qualification
- Admittance as Attorney in South Africa
- 2+ years litigation experience post-qualification
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation across multiple courts (High Court, Magistrate Courts, Labour Courts, Land Claims Courts)
- Prepare and review legal agreements/documentation
- Provide authoritative legal opinions and advisory services
- Handle arbitration matters including CCMA cases and debt recovery
- Conduct legal research and precedent analysis
