Position Requirements:

  • LLB degree or equivalent 4-year legal qualification
  • Admission as an Attorney in South Africa
  • Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification legal/litigation experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation in High Courts, Magistrate Courts, and specialized tribunals
  • Prepare legal documents including contracts and agreements
  • Provide legal opinions and advisory services
  • Handle arbitration proceedings and debt recovery matters
  • Represent government departments in labor disputes
