Key Requirements

• Admitted Attorney in South Africa
• 2 years’ litigation experience in various courts (High Court, Magistrate Court, Labour Court)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong background in legal documentation and advocacy

Core Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases and appeals across multiple court levels
• Draft/negotiate legal agreements and contracts
• Provide legal opinions and advisory services
• Handle arbitration proceedings and debt recovery matters
