Position Purpose

Execute tender evaluation processes and supply chain management administration to ensure compliance with Municipal Finance Management Act requirements. Manage tender documentation and support transparent procurement operations.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-year National Certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Logistics
  • Minimum competency certification (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)

Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years relevant SCM experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Strong numerical and communication abilities
  • Fluency in English + one Western Cape official language
