Experience Level: 1+ years in retail/agricultural management
Core Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations and policy compliance
- Monitor sales performance trends and resolve operational challenges
- Manage point-of-sale systems and inventory control processes
- Maintain high customer service standards and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate on staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Oversee merchandising displays and promotional initiatives
- Assist with budget monitoring and expense control
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and risk mitigation
Essential Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Business/Agricultural qualification (advantageous)
- Proven retail management experience
- Strong numerical skills for stock control and reporting
- Competency in MS Office suite
- Effective communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
