Position Overview
Location: Kariega, Eastern Cape
Experience: 1+ year
Education: Matric Certificate (Essential), Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Core Responsibilities
- Support restaurant operations to exceed CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product quality, Speed)
- Assist with staff scheduling, shift management, and labor cost optimization
- Help train team members using company development programs
- Maintain safety protocols and operational procedures
- Coordinate with management on maintenance needs and service improvements
Candidate Requirements
- 12+ months Quick Service Restaurant supervisory experience
- Certified in DC Leading a Restaurant (LAR)
- ARM Certification with active Individual Development Plan
- Proficiency in English and numeracy
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Passion for customer service excellence and food quality
