  • Support restaurant operations to exceed CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product, Speed)
  • Oversee shift management, staff coordination, and performance monitoring
  • Implement maintenance protocols and equipment checks
  • Assist with labor forecasting and cost-effective scheduling
  • Maintain safety/security standards for staff, customers, and assets
  • Collaborate on employee training programs

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year QSR supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in English, mathematics, and basic computer skills
  • Commitment to quality service and brand excellence
