Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Education: Matric certificate required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in QSR supervisory role
  • Location: East London, Eastern Cape
  • Sector: Hospitality/Restaurant Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Support restaurant operations to exceed CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product, Speed)
  • Manage shift operations focusing on sales growth and profitability
  • Coordinate staff assignments and performance monitoring
  • Oversee maintenance procedures and equipment checks
  • Assist with labor forecasting and scheduling
  • Maintain security protocols and safety standards
  • Implement staff training programs

Requirements

  • 12+ months experience in Shift Supervisor role
  • ARM certification with active development plan
  • DC Leading a Restaurant (LAR) certification
  • Proficiency in English, numeracy, and MS Office
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to lead teams using Heart, Smart, and Courage principles
