Position Summary
Support our global hospitality leader in managing reservation operations and driving sales excellence. This role involves leading a reservations team, optimizing revenue opportunities, and delivering exceptional guest service at our Sea Point property.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reservations operations and team assignments
- Analyze market trends and implement revenue strategies
- Handle complex reservation inquiries and negotiations
- Maintain accurate booking systems and inventory management
- Resolve guest concerns with proactive solutions
- Train staff on sales techniques and service standards
- Monitor competitor activity and market positioning
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma (minimum) with 3+ years hospitality experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management/Business with 1+ year experience
- Proven track record in sales conversion and revenue management
- Strong proficiency in property management systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
