Requirements

  • A relevant three-year tertiary qualification; preference will be given to candidates with a relevant B degree.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
  • Minimum one (1) to two (2) years’ experience in IT Change Management.
  • Experience in working with an ITSM tool and reporting will be an advantage.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office packages and SAP.
