Requirements
- A relevant three-year tertiary qualification; preference will be given to candidates with a relevant B degree.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
- Minimum one (1) to two (2) years’ experience in IT Change Management.
- Experience in working with an ITSM tool and reporting will be an advantage.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office packages and SAP.
