Position Details

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree/National Certificate in Food Science or related field
  • Experience: 3-7 years in FMCG environment (3 years in R&D preferred)
  • Location: Boksburg, Gauteng
  • Sector: Product Development & Management

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead new product development from concept to launch
  • Improve product quality and implement cost-saving measures
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for product innovation
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP)

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or related discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of food production processes and quality systems
  • Ability to work across factory and office environments
