Key Responsibilities
- Lead new hire training programs and transition staff to operations
- Assess employee performance to identify skill gaps
- Develop custom training materials and update existing content
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency
- Monitor class performance metrics (attrition, quality, attendance)
- Deliver coaching feedback to trainees and tenured staff
- Produce reports and maintain training records
Requirements
- Airline reservation/ticketing domain knowledge (minimum 3 years)
- Experience in voice-based training programs
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
