Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new hire training programs and transition staff to operations
  • Assess employee performance to identify skill gaps
  • Develop custom training materials and update existing content
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency
  • Monitor class performance metrics (attrition, quality, attendance)
  • Deliver coaching feedback to trainees and tenured staff
  • Produce reports and maintain training records

Requirements

  • Airline reservation/ticketing domain knowledge (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in voice-based training programs
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
