Experience Required: 5+ years post-registration
Qualification: SAPC-accredited Pharmacy degree
Key Requirements
- Valid registration with South African Pharmacy Council
- 5+ years’ pharmaceutical experience post-registration
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and supply chain management
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee drug supply management and quality control
- Develop operational policies and health system improvements
- Manage pharmaceutical budgets and expenditure monitoring
- Coordinate staff training programs and health initiatives
- Implement digital pharmacy management systems (RX Solution)
- Supervise HIV/AIDS care programs and CCMDD implementation
