PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are looking for a detail-focused and analytical Performance Analyst to join our digital team. This role will help the team measure and report on the return on investment (ROI) of our marketing campaigns. You will use data from our website, Pardot, and Salesforce. The analyst will work closely with campaign managers to provide useful insights and support decisions based on data.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Data Collection & Integration: Collect and combine data from website analytics, Pardot marketing automation, and Salesforce CRM to build full datasets for campaign performance.
  • ROI Measurement: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. Focus on metrics that show real business impact, such as lead generation, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Reporting: Create, automate, and update regular performance dashboards and custom reports for various stakeholders, from executive overviews to detailed analyses.
  • Insight Generation: Analyze data to offer clear, practical insights and recommendations to improve campaign results and marketing ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with campaign owners, sales team members, and the digital team to align on marketing goals and data standards.
  • Enablement & Training: Help campaign owners and sales teams track their activities accurately. Support consistent data entry in Pardot and Salesforce for reliable reporting across all campaigns.
  • Innovation: Assist in efforts to improve and automate reporting processes.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Handle business requests for data insights and special projects as needed.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a role focused on data analysis, especially in digital marketing analytics.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Analytics, Google Analytics, and tools like PowerBI or Tableau is helpful but not required.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, with the ability to turn complex data into practical insights.
  • Good communication skills to present data and insights clearly and simply.
  • Attention to detail, with solid organizational and project management abilities.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
