Role Overview
We seek an experienced team leader to drive operational excellence in our airline customer service department during night shifts. This critical role combines team leadership with customer service expertise in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate 15-20 customer service agents
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions
- Resolve complex customer escalations
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Facilitate client communication and progress reports
- Manage daily operational reporting and team scheduling
- Conduct skills training and quality assurance checks
Candidate Requirements
- 1+ years experience in team leadership/supervision
- Background in travel/tourism industry preferred
- Proven track record in customer service operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Flexibility for night shift schedule (GMT+2 timezone)
