- Monitor and coach 15-20 service team members
- Develop performance improvement strategies and incentive programs
- Maintain operational efficiency across service floors
- Conduct candidate interviews and hiring processes
- Implement company policies and procedural updates
- Support Group Manager and act as deputy when required
Essential Requirements
- Expertise in international ticketing systems and IATA regulations
- Proficiency in fare calculations and travel industry protocols
- Strong English communication skills (verbal/written)
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
- Experience with quality assurance tools
