Assistant Manager – Operations (Aviation Services)

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead team operations and client leadership meetings
  • Monitor and coach 15-20 service team members
  • Develop performance improvement strategies and incentive programs
  • Maintain operational efficiency across service floors
  • Conduct candidate interviews and hiring processes
  • Implement company policies and procedural updates
  • Support Group Manager and act as deputy when required

Essential Requirements

  • Expertise in international ticketing systems and IATA regulations
  • Proficiency in fare calculations and travel industry protocols
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
  • Experience with quality assurance tools
