Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing (R425 qualification)
- Valid SANC registration as Professional Nurse
- 1-year post-basic qualification in Paediatric Care/PHC/Advanced Midwifery
- 10+ years nursing experience (post-registration)
- 6+ years specialization experience
- 3+ years management-level experience
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate MCWYH program implementation
- Oversee maternal/child health services and nutrition programs
- Ensure compliance with national health policies
- Improve healthcare standards for women, youth, and children
- Monitor program effectiveness and provide technical support
- Manage poverty alleviation health initiatives
