Essential Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing registered with SANC (Registration No. R425)
- 8+ years nursing experience post-registration
- 3+ years management experience in healthcare
- Valid professional registration with SANC (2025 current year)
- Nursing Administration/Management qualification (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and patient care standards
- Coordinate health promotion initiatives and community engagement
- Develop nursing policies aligned with provincial health strategies
- Manage human resources and staff development programs
- Monitor resource allocation including budget management (PFMA compliance)
- Implement quality assurance systems and infection control protocols
