Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of retail store and online platforms
  • Optimize sales through in-store, website, and event channels
  • Coordinate party service planning and execution
  • Manage inventory, orders, and sales reporting
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation
  • Resolve customer inquiries effectively

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (essential)
  • Marketing qualification (advantageous)
  • 2-3 years FMCG retail experience
  • 1-2 years supervisory/assistant management experience
