Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of retail store and online platforms
- Optimize sales through in-store, website, and event channels
- Coordinate party service planning and execution
- Manage inventory, orders, and sales reporting
- Maintain high standards of store presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively
Requirements
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Marketing qualification (advantageous)
- 2-3 years FMCG retail experience
- 1-2 years supervisory/assistant management experience
