Position Overview
Support Kinto division through administrative excellence and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Kinto exception reports and handle dealer communications
- Provide executive support to Kinto leadership team
- Manage departmental administration and leave tracking
- Create purchase orders and monitor divisional expenses
- Maintain organized records including NATIS documentation
- Coordinate meetings and prepare monthly reports
Requirements
- NQF Level 5 qualification (240 credits)
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- SAP system proficiency
- ET1/Miles knowledge (advantageous)
