Position Summary
We seek an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee operations in our Gauteng location. This role combines financial administration, team leadership, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Process supplier payments and manage payroll administration
- Prepare monthly financial reports for Head Office and stakeholders
Team Leadership
- Manage staff contracts, work permits, and leave administration
- Support recruitment and performance management processes
Operations Management
- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing processes
- Maintain compliance with health/safety regulations
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand promotion
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- 3-5 years operational management experience
- Proficiency in payroll systems and accounting software
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of South African labor laws and OHSA compliance
- Experience in inventory control and vendor relations
- Basic marketing campaign management skills
