Position Summary

We seek an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee operations in our Gauteng location. This role combines financial administration, team leadership, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Process supplier payments and manage payroll administration
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for Head Office and stakeholders

Team Leadership

  • Manage staff contracts, work permits, and leave administration
  • Support recruitment and performance management processes

Operations Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and purchasing processes
  • Maintain compliance with health/safety regulations
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand promotion

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • 3-5 years operational management experience
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and accounting software

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of South African labor laws and OHSA compliance
  • Experience in inventory control and vendor relations
  • Basic marketing campaign management skills
