Assistant Manager – Fund Services

Position Overview:
We seek a qualified accounting professional to lead financial operations for institutional and private investment funds. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities.

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/ACCA/CIMA preferred)
  • Experience: 3-5 years in investment funds administration
  • Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production of financial statements and NAV valuations
  • Supervise team of 5+ accounting professionals
  • Coordinate client audits and regulatory reporting
  • Develop process improvements and risk management strategies
  • Maintain client relationships and service level agreements

Essential Requirements:

  • Expertise in IFRS and local accounting standards
  • Proven leadership experience in financial services
  • Advanced Excel skills and systems aptitude
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
