Position Overview:
We seek a qualified accounting professional to lead financial operations for institutional and private investment funds. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities.
- Job Type: Full Time
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- Experience: 3-5 years in investment funds administration
- Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production of financial statements and NAV valuations
- Supervise team of 5+ accounting professionals
- Coordinate client audits and regulatory reporting
- Develop process improvements and risk management strategies
- Maintain client relationships and service level agreements
Essential Requirements:
- Expertise in IFRS and local accounting standards
- Proven leadership experience in financial services
- Advanced Excel skills and systems aptitude
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
