Role Overview

This position requires delivering high-quality corporate secretarial services to Guernsey funds and corporate entities, ensuring compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements while contributing to team leadership and governance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate secretarial services for investment funds and corporate structures
  • Prepare board materials, minutes, and statutory filings
  • Ensure compliance with Guernsey regulatory requirements and stock exchange rules
  • Lead and mentor junior team members
  • Maintain corporate records and statutory registers
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors
  • Monitor legislative changes and implement necessary updates
  • Manage client onboarding and transitions

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate secretarial roles
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks
  • Knowledge of Guernsey regulatory environment
  • Excellent minute-taking and report-writing skills
  • Leadership experience with team management capabilities
  • Familiarity with stock exchange listing rules
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
