Role Overview
This position requires delivering high-quality corporate secretarial services to Guernsey funds and corporate entities, ensuring compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements while contributing to team leadership and governance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate secretarial services for investment funds and corporate structures
- Prepare board materials, minutes, and statutory filings
- Ensure compliance with Guernsey regulatory requirements and stock exchange rules
- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Maintain corporate records and statutory registers
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors
- Monitor legislative changes and implement necessary updates
- Manage client onboarding and transitions
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate secretarial roles
- Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks
- Knowledge of Guernsey regulatory environment
- Excellent minute-taking and report-writing skills
- Leadership experience with team management capabilities
- Familiarity with stock exchange listing rules
- Strong communication and organizational skills
