Role Purpose

Support Client Directors in managing corporate entity portfolios while ensuring compliance with international regulations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration of trust structures and corporate entities
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance and client deliverables
  • Manage capital/income distributions and tax documentation
  • Maintain entity records and monitoring systems
  • Supervise administration team members
  • Facilitate internal/external stakeholder communication
  • Identify and report operational risks

Candidate Requirements

  • LLB/BCom LLB qualification with legal admission
  • 5 years’ experience in corporate/trust administration
  • Strong knowledge of international compliance regulations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Fluent English communication abilities
  • Technical proficiency in legal/financial documentation
