Role Purpose
Support Client Directors in managing corporate entity portfolios while ensuring compliance with international regulations and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administration of trust structures and corporate entities
- Coordinate regulatory compliance and client deliverables
- Manage capital/income distributions and tax documentation
- Maintain entity records and monitoring systems
- Supervise administration team members
- Facilitate internal/external stakeholder communication
- Identify and report operational risks
Candidate Requirements
- LLB/BCom LLB qualification with legal admission
- 5 years’ experience in corporate/trust administration
- Strong knowledge of international compliance regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Fluent English communication abilities
- Technical proficiency in legal/financial documentation
