Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regulatory compliance for client portfolios
- Coordinate entity governance processes
- Supervise team of administrators (5+ staff)
- Handle trust/corporate terminations
- Maintain client documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication
Essential Skills:

- Multijurisdictional regulatory knowledge
- Team leadership experience
- Strong English communication
