Key Requirements

  • 8 years’ experience in Community Development sector
  • Valid driver’s license (exceptions for persons with disabilities)
  • Proven ability to manage resources and partnerships

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate integrated development programs with stakeholders
  • Manage community development service delivery operations
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices
  • Oversee community development research initiatives
  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum impact
