Assistant Management Accountant

Position Purpose
Deliver accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reconciliations and journal entries
- Analyze cost center expenses and sales performance data
- Develop consolidated financial reports for management and board
- Coordinate budgeting/forecasting processes
- Maintain expense tracking systems and rate calculations
- Generate ad-hoc financial analyses as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CIMA qualification preferred)
- 2+ years accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills with ERP system experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
