Core Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records and physical inventory counts
- Ensure compliance with magazine licensing regulations
- Manage stock levels and production planning processes
- Oversee delivery documentation verification
- Supervise team performance and attendance
- Ensure workplace safety protocols and PPE compliance
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations (SAP vs physical)
- Manage product rotation and rework processes
Candidate Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certification
- Valid Magazine Master Certificate (CIE)
- 1+ years experience in magazine operations
- Proficiency in SAP systems (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license
