• Implement loss prevention strategies and stock control measures
• Lead customer service excellence initiatives
• Manage team training, development, and performance
• Oversee visual merchandise displays and in-store branding
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements:
