Novus Holdings, a leading South African commercial printing and manufacturing group with headquarters in Cape Town, seeks a proactive HR professional to join our team on a fixed-term contract.
Position Summary
Support our HR department in Montague Gardens with operational HR functions including policy implementation, employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration. Contract period: 5 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Support labor relations processes and disciplinary procedures
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain accurate organizational structure documentation
- Process payroll inputs and HR system updates
- Prepare monthly HR reports and legislative compliance documents
- Administer performance management processes
Requirements
Education:
- National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources (Essential)
Experience:
- 3+ years generalist HR experience
- Proven track record in recruitment and employee relations
Key Competencies:
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with deadline-driven approach
- Proficient in HR information systems
