Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• Train and support 20+ hospitality staff members
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
• Develop service improvement initiatives

Guest Experience:

• Manage VIP arrivals/departures and special requests
• Resolve guest concerns within 15-minute response time
• Maintain premium cleanliness standards in all guest areas

Operations:

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Manage staff scheduling and duty rotations
• Monitor inventory of guest supplies

Candidate Profile

• ✅ 3+ years luxury hospitality experience
• ✅ Fluent English communication skills
• ✅ Proficiency in Opera PMS and ALICE software
• ✅ Valid first aid certification (or willing to obtain)
• ✅ Flexible to work weekends/public holidays
