Position Overview

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education: Matric Certificate (Bachelor’s preferred)
Industry: Hospitality/Hotel Operations

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team of hospitality professionals
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and service standards
• Coordinate guest experiences and special requests
• Manage daily hotel operations and staff scheduling
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
• Implement training programs and SOP compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality
• Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous)
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, ALICE)
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Valid certification in safety/first aid protocols

Performance Expectations

• Maintain 95%+ guest satisfaction ratings
• Ensure 100% compliance with brand standards
• Achieve departmental financial targets
• Complete staff training programs quarterly
