Key Responsibilities
- Support daily concierge operations and staff supervision
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Manage room assignments and VIP arrivals
- Maintain accurate guest records and activity schedules
- Coordinate with hotel departments for seamless service delivery
- Conduct staff training and update operational procedures
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field
- 2+ years luxury hotel concierge experience
- Expert knowledge of Cape Town attractions/services
- Proficient in MS Office and Opera software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
Work Environment
