Core Responsibilities:

Guest Experience Management

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and implement service improvements
• Maintain consistent service standards across all operations

Financial Oversight

• Monitor budgets and analyze financial reports (sales, labor costs, inventory)
• Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality

Operations Leadership

• Handle staff scheduling and compliance with safety regulations
• Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports

Team Development

• Conduct training programs and performance evaluations
• Identify and mentor emerging leaders

Business Growth Initiatives

• Support marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies
• Analyze market trends to identify expansion opportunities
