Position Summary

We seek an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations and contribute to business growth in our Johannesburg location.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Management

• Implement service excellence standards across all customer interactions
• Analyze feedback and resolve guest concerns effectively
• Maintain consistent quality across service delivery

Financial Operations

• Assist with budget planning and expense monitoring
• Optimize profitability through cost control measures
• Prepare financial performance reports

Team Leadership

• Conduct staff training programs and performance evaluations
• Develop future leaders through coaching and mentorship
• Manage staff scheduling and shift coordination

Business Development

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Analyze market trends for growth opportunities
• Participate in community engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Matric certification essential
• Proven restaurant management experience
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations
